Our Silver Plan is suited for our patients with traditional insurance benefits but who desire an alternative to the traditional practice setting.  The Silver Plan includes:

• All primary care office visits including routine care, urgent care, and an annual physical exam
• Same-day appointments with minimal wait times
• All in-office diagnositic tests and procedures
• Routine injectables such as tetanus and flu vaccine
• Email & phone consultations
• Coordination of Specialty Care

Any necessary lab or radiology studies that are ordered will be outsourced to service providers who will bill your health insurance accordingly.  While this plan does not include out-of-office or after-hours care, we will be extending this benefit to Silver Plan members for an additional fee when after-hours care is needed.
