Originally from Buffalo, NY, Dr. Pullano came to Charleston by way of the US Navy in 1990 and completed her residency in Family Medicine at MUSC in 1995. In the capacity of Chief Resident in her third year there, she was given the honorable task of overseeing Dr Albenberg, then only an eager but somewhat unruly intern with the department. Ten years later, seasoned by the rigorous post-graduate training through a high-paced traditional practice, Dr. Pullano reunites with Dr. Albenberg to spread the concept of Retail Medicine East of the Cooper.
Andrea earned her B.A. in Human Relations from High Point University in North Carolina. She previously worked in the residential/commercial construction industry. Andrea is looking forward to beginning a new career in healthcare and to be part of a team of truly caring and compassionate individuals. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends. Andrea lives on James Island with her husband and two dogs.
Marcie has been a medical assistant since 1993. Having worked in gynecology for one year, she chose to change to a family practice setting where she and Dr. Pullano have worked together for ten years. Continuing the legacy, Marcie made the decision to move her medical career back to her native community of Mount Pleasant. Marcie is the mother of three girls and enjoys spending time with her family and walking on the beach.

Stacey obtained her BS in finance from Penn State University and her MBA in finance from New York University before pursuing a career in corporate finance. Stacey resided in a reclusive world of cash flow modeling and corporate financial analysis in New York before moving to Access Healthcare in Charleston to both discover her intrapersonal skills as part time receptionist and expand her analytical scope as practice finance manager. Her additional roles include "devils advocate" and managerof toddler relations, which currently includes a staff of two.
